What's changing?

The Chatmeter login page at live.chatmeter.com has been refreshed with Alchemer branding. The login flow now includes an additional step — you'll enter your email address first, then your existing credentials on the next screen. Your username and password remain exactly the same.

1. Navigate to live.chatmeter.com as usual. You'll notice the page now reflects Alchemer branding.

2. A new first step asks for your email address. Enter the email associated with your Chatmeter account. Click Continue.

3. You'll be taken to the next screen. Enter your existing Chatmeter username and password — these have not changed. Click Continue.

4. You'll be logged into your account as normal. No changes to your dashboard, data, or settings.
