  • Average number of reviews per location for customer and competitors
  • Number of monitored locations for customer and competitors
  • Total number of reviews for customer and competitors
  • Total number of review responses for customer and competitors
  • Average response rate for customer and competitors
  • Average sentiment of reviews for customer and competitors

• This functionality is available to all clients who are on the Intelligence or Performance bundle

Location Task Admin Workflow User Permission

Managing your tasks across users has become more efficient with the edition of the new Location Task Admin Workflow permission!

Key Features:

• Users will see all tasks associated with a location they have access to
• Users will not see tasks associated with a location they do not have access to
• Users can reassign any task associated with a location they have access to
• • Only users who also have access to the location the task is associated with will populate in the “Assignee” dropdown
• Users will not see the Tasks section under settings

Availability:

• This functionality is available to all clients who have access to Workflow
• Users can leverage this functionality by enabling the Location Task Admin user permission for a relevant user role
