These release notes list changes made to the Chatmeter platform in the April 25, 2023 release.

Using AI Generator to create content for a post
You can now use our AI Generator to use artificial intelligence to create the content for your social posts on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and Google What’s New.
Simply supply some information on what you want to say (in LocationHQ, Publish > Publish > Create Post):
Select Generate to create the post text, hashtags and emojis included:
You can edit or regenerate new posts as needed or report an inappropriate or otherwise unacceptable post.

Review response improvements
We’ve made some changes to how you respond to your reviewers and review response template usage, including ability to:
Bulk respond with templates
- When bulk responding, login to LocationHQ and go to Reviews > Reviews to find the reviews needing responses.
- Select to respond to Multiple Reviews.
- Select the template you want to use from Select Templates.
- Select the reviews you want to respond to.
- Add the response content and select Publish.
Your response will appear on the Reviews page.
Upload a custom template
You can now upload a CSV-formatted file with your custom template to use in review responses.
- In LocationHQ, in Reviews > Reviews go to the review you want to respond to.
- Select the cog icon next to Select Template to display the Review Response Templates dialog box.
- To upload a CSV-formatted template file, select Upload to select an upload file.
Download a template
You can also download a CSV-formatted file with a template for someone else in your company to use.
- In LocationHQ, in Reviews > Reviews go to a review that used the template you want to download.
- Select the cog icon next to Select Template to display the Review Response Templates dialog box.
- To download a CSV-formatted template file, select Download.
