Understanding SEO Rankings Reports

To learn more about how your listings are ranking relative to other business listings, use the SEO rankings reports, accessible on the SEO Ranking page at Reports > (Dashboards) SEO Rankings.

On the SEO Rankings page, you can use the Global Filter to select the location, account, or group for which you’d like to view data. Use the Page Filters to select:

  • Whether you want to view rankings for Local or Web (organic) search (default Local)
  • Listing providers you’d like included (default all)
  • Duration (default, 3 months)

The SEO Rankings tab

The SEO Rankings page shows the SEO Rankings tab by default (the average rank of your location relative to other businesses found when searches use your location keywords).

On the SEO Rankings tab, the Average Ranking pane shows the average ranking of your business across all keywords for the period. If you hover over the curve, you’ll see data for specific dates during your selected period. You can select the download icon to download a copy of the graph.

The lower pane shows the rankings for your business locations for the listing providers based on specific keywords you’ve set up for the locations.

The Page 1 Rankings tab

To see the Page 1 Rankings, on the SEO Ranking page, select the Page 1 Rankings tab (the number of times your business listing shows up on the first page of the listing providers’ results when searches are conducted using your location(s) keywords).

On the Page 1 Rankings tab, the Page 1 Ranking pane is a graph of the number of page 1 rankings of your business across all keywords for the period. If you hover over the curve, you’ll see data for specific dates during the period you selected.


The lower pane shows the numbers of page 1 rankings for your business locations for the listing providers based on specific keywords you’ve set up for the locations.


You can select the download icon to download a copy of the graph. You can also select the Download menu to download:

  • Keyword Summary—A spreadsheet with keywords and number of page 1 rankings for each provider
  • All Results—A spreadsheet with all data (date, provider, client location ID, location, keyword, local area, and rank)
