Survey Reporting

If you are a Chatmeter customer leveraging Chatmeter surveys, you can view the results to your survey campaigns instantly via our Reporting functionality.

Survey reporting can be accessed by: 

  • Navigating to Surveys -> Campaigns
  • Clicking on a campaign
  • Clicking the Reporting tab

Supported Reporting Information

The following information is displayed for all question types:

  • Question number
  • Question name
  • Question type
  • Optional or required
  • Logic rules associated with the question
  • Count of responses for the question
  • Pulse Ai Analysis
    • The Pulse Ai engine will analyze your survey results and provide a summary of the responses

Quantitative survey questions will display:

  • Graphical representation of the responses
    • Supported graphs include:
      • Vertical bar chart
      • Horizontal bar chart
      • Pie chart
    • Clicking the Chart Type button will allow you to change the graphical representation 
  • Associated proprietary scores 
    • NPS question will display an NPS score
    • Rating Scale questions will display the average rating

Survey Reporting 2

Qualitative survey questions will display:

  • The ten most recent responses to the question
    • Clicking the View all responses button will allow you to see all responses to the question

Filter Functionality

The following filters are supported for survey reporting:

  • Global Filter including:
    • All responses
    • Account
    • Group
    • Location
      • A survey response must be associated with a location to filter by account, group, or location
  • Survey question
  • Date range

Review Builder Campaigns

Review Builder campaigns are not supported in Survey reporting.

Attempting to view the reporting tab for a Review Builder campaign will display a screen instructing you to set up a new survey.

Clicking the Set Up a New Survey button will route you to the survey creator.
