Managing Images

Chatmeter collects images your business or customers post on the web. You can see them by going to Reputation > Images.

 

It's best practice to tag images as they appear to enable you to filter them easily. You can use the star tag to indicate an image as important or noteworthy. You can also use the thumbs up or thumbs down to tag images as positive or negative.

 

The Global Filter is a versatile tool that allows you to find images based on various criteria. You can filter for accounts, groups, or locations they're associated with. You can also start typing keywords into the Global Filter to narrow your search.

 

The Page Filters provide you with more specific control over your image collection. You can filter based on whether they have been tagged with stars or positive or negative marks, whether a caption exists, and whether they were posted by your business or customers (users). You can also search by provider or type into the Search Captions tool.

 

NOTE

Not all providers have the ability for us to use user-posted images.
