Risk Monitoring on Snapshot

• Added Risk Monitoring to the Snapshot page: A new UI element has been introduced to give users an overview of risk monitoring directly on the Snapshot page. This feature provides important insights, including:
• • The total number of risky reviews received in the past 30 days.
  • Categories to which these risky reviews belong.
  • The count of risky reviews that have not been responded to.
• Current Limitation: Please note that the Risk Monitoring UI element is currently non-interactive. We plan to introduce interactivity in a future update, making it easier for users to manage and respond to risks.

Customer Likes and Dislikes UI Update

Improved User Interface for Customer Likes and Dislikes: We've updated the UI messaging for better clarity around the Customer Likes and Dislikes feature. Key changes include:

• When using the “All” Global Filter option to view multiple accounts, users will now see a message prompting them to select a specific account to view the Customer Likes and Dislikes details. This ensures that users know how to access detailed insights for each account.
• This update addresses the previous issue in which the Customer Likes and Dislikes UI element would not appear without explanation when multiple accounts were selected.
