Get Started
Before you leap into the approval process, ensure you've configured the user role settings. This step is crucial for managing who gets to publish.
Lost? Don't worry! Helpful resources like Managing LocationHQ Users and Managing LocationHQ Roles (User Types) are available in the Settings section of the Chatmeter Support Center.
Your Approval Process
- Navigate to the Publish page and select the Pending Approval tab to see the posts waiting for your magic touch. Use filters to narrow down your choices.
- Select the post you want to open the Edit Post page for a closer review.
- Click the task activity link above the Targets for specifics. In our example, the link is SOC-1315544.
- Edit the post, reschedule, approve, reject, and see a preview.
🔍 Pro Tip: Select the X in the upper right to return to the Edit Post page. - Click Approve. Once you approve the post, it appears in the Published or Scheduled list.
