Threads Integration

Chatmeter’s Threads integration for social publishing  is now available.

Key Update:

• Clients now have the ability to create and publish posts to their Threads pages
• • Clients can add their Threads account within Chatmeter 
  • This will enable the ability to create and publish posts to their Threads pages
    

Availability:

• This is available for all clients that currently have social publishing enabled within their Chatmeter account. Contact your account representative to learn more.

Kyruus Integration

Chatmeter’s Kyruus integration is now live.

Key Update:

• Clients now have the ability to connect their Kyruus account to Chatmeter
• This will enable Chatmeter to use Kyruus as a source of truth for core location information 
• This allows clients to make location updates directly in Kyruus that will reflect in Chatmeter
• Once your Kyruus account is connected the following data will be pulled from Kyruus to update locations in Chatmeter  
• • Business Name
  • Address
  • Phone
  • Website
  • Hours
