Five Key LBV Score Areas

Reviews

These settings encompass various factors that help you understand and manage the reviews your locations receive. Here's a breakdown of each setting.

  • Provider Settings: This aspect focuses on the proportional importance of each review provider. Chatmeter collects reviews from multiple sources, and this setting allows you to assign different weightings to each provider, reflecting their significance in the overall metrics.
  • Rating: Evaluates customer star ratings over time. Places more significant emphasis on recent reviews highlighting current trends and customer sentiments.
  • Growth: Tracks the total number of reviews from all providers for a specific location. Monitors the frequency of new review submissions and sets targets for future review volumes.
  • Response: Examines both the reviews and the responses to them. It includes the overall response rate, trend analysis of the response rate, and the speed of responses to reviews.
  • Sentiment: Analyzes the tone of reviews (positive or negative). It gives more weight to newer reviews to accurately capture and reflect current customer sentiment trends.

Social

Look at posts, fan growth, and tags to gauge your social media presence. These are measured over the selected time frame set in filters. Here’s a breakdown of the key factors.

  • Posts: This tracks the number of posts made to the location's social media page over the past week. The ideal benchmark is to achieve two posts per week. The score evaluates how closely the location's social media activity aligns with this weekly posting goal.
  • Fans: This is a count of the social fans or followers a location's social media page has gathered. The system generates a target for fan growth based on historical data. The score determines how well the location's page meets or exceeds this fan growth target.
  • Tags: This metric focuses on the number of social tags associated with the location’s social media page over time. A target for tag growth is forecasted based on past tag accumulations. The score reflects how closely the location’s page is achieving the projected tag growth target.

Listings

Provides a comprehensive view of various factors related to your business listings. These settings can be tailored over a selected time frame using filters.

  • Provider Settings: This setting deals with the proportional weighting of each provider from which Chatmeter collects listing data. This weighting impacts how the data from each provider influences your overall metrics.
  • NAP Accuracy: Measures the Name, Address, and Phone (NAP) Accuracy score on how accurately these details get represented across the provider's Chatmeter reports. It's a crucial metric for ensuring your business information is consistent and reliable.
  • Website Accuracy: This factor assesses the correctness of the website link on your location's listing. You receive full credit for a completely accurate URL. Partial credit is awarded if the URL needs to be corrected but directed to the correct domain. This ensures potential customers are led to the correct web address, even if the link isn't perfect.
  • No Listing Duplications: This setting measures the presence of duplicate listings for the same location. Ensuring no duplicate listings exist is vital for maintaining the clarity and accuracy of your business information across different platforms.

Search

Considers how your business ranks on web and local searches, including detailed reports on impressions and actions.

  • Rankings: Position in web and local search results. Rankings are a vital part of the search settings and are divided into distinct categories:
    • Provider Settings: This involves the proportional weighting assigned to each data provider from whom Chatmeter collects ranking data. The weighting impacts how these rankings are represented in the overall metrics.
    • Web Rankings: This refers to the ranking position of a location's website in web search results. It considers the performance across the location's specified keywords and the primary keyword/category. The primary keyword/category plays a significant role, being the most prominent influencer in the overall score.
    • Local Rankings: This setting focuses on positioning a location's listings in local search results. Like Web Rankings, this is evaluated across a location's chosen keywords and the primary keyword/category, with the latter significantly influencing the score.
  • Reports: The Reports score is an accumulation of various metrics, including impressions, actions, and searches, as detailed in the Search Analytics Report. Each metric within the report generates a target. The score reflects how closely the metrics align with these set targets.

Competitors

Compares your scores in reviews, social media, and listings against your competitors.

  • Review Ratings Comparison: This feature enables you to compare the Review Rating score of your location with the average Review Rating scores of your competitors. It's a direct way to gauge how your location is perceived regarding customer satisfaction relative to your competition.
  • Review Responding Comparison: Here, you can see how your location's Review Response score stacks up against your competitors' average Review Response scores. This comparison sheds light on the effectiveness of your engagement with customer reviews compared to other players in your market.
  • Social Fan Comparison: This setting allows you to compare your location's Social Fans score with your competitors' average Social Fans scores. It offers a perspective on your location's popularity and social media presence relative to others in your industry.
