Creating an Email Template

Unlock the power of seamless communication with our versatile email templates, designed to elevate your marketing campaigns to new heights. Whether gathering feedback, gauging sentiment, or engaging with your audience, our customizable templates ensure your message is clear, compelling, and on-brand.

 

Our email templates are the foundation for creating professional and effective marketing emails tailored to your needs. Choose from four distinct templates, each crafted to maximize engagement and gather valuable insights from your recipients.

 

 

  1. Go to Surveys > Emails and select + Add Email Template.

  2. Select one of the starter templates and complete the template form details. The following are the standard fields for each template.
  • Visibility—Choose the visibility level for this template.
    • Shared—Accessible to anyone on your account.
    • Private—Only accessible to you and account admins.
  • Title—Enter a descriptive title for your template. This title will help you and your team identify the template quickly.
  • Color Theme—Select a color theme that aligns with your brand. This will ensure consistency and enhance the visual appeal of your email campaigns.
  • Logo—Click the upload button to add your brand's logo. A clear and recognizable logo helps reinforce brand identity.
  • Heading—Enter the main heading for your email. This should grab the reader's attention and convey the primary message of your campaign.
  • Subheading—Enter a subheading to complement the main heading. This should provide additional context or detail about the main message.
  • Street Address—Enter the street address to be shown in the footer. Including a physical address can enhance the credibility and transparency of your email communications.

3. Complete the rest of the form, and when you're satisfied with the template, select Save.
