Survey Data in Signals

Analyzing your Survey results has become more efficient than ever with the addition of Survey data to Signals!

Key Features:

• Clients now have the ability to ask questions via Signals to their Review data, Social data, Survey data, or a combination of all three.
• Users can easily analyze open response questions in their Surveys to understand business objective metrics
  

Availability:

• This functionality is available to all clients who currently have access to Signals and Survey data in their dashboard
• • If a specific user does not have access to Survey data, then the responses to questions asked to Signals will be based exclusively on the data channel(s) they have access to

Third-Party Credential Updates

Managing Third Party credentials became easier! 

Key update:

• We have removed the Social tab under the Settings gear 
• Users will now manage all aspects of third-party credentials under Settings > Third-Party Credentials 
• View pages associated with each credential is now located within the Pages tab under Third-Party Credentials
• Enabling pages for Social publishing and monitoring is now managed under the Pages tab within Third-Party Credentials   

Availability:

• This functionality is available to all clients and users who currently have access to the Third-Party Credentials tab
