Global Filters

Global Filters is your magic wand for pinpointing specific locations or groups when you're eager to dive into their metrics.

🔍Pro Tip: To avoid the hassle of scrolling, simply start typing the name of a location in the search bar and watch how swiftly you find what you need!

Page Filters

Page Filters are your go-to tool for zeroing in on posts by specific providers, time periods, and even sentiments (negative, neutral, or positive). They also come with Advanced Filters for further refinement.

🔍 Pro Tip: Leverage the Advanced Filters to track customer interactions efficiently. You can filter posts based on customer replies, business replies, or lack thereof.

Creating and Saving Filters for Future Use

Ever find yourself using the same filters repeatedly? Save them for future use!

  1. Choose the filters that best suit your current needs.
  2. Under Filters, click Saved Filters.
  3. Give your filter set a name and decide whether to keep it private or share it with your team.
  4. Click Create. Your new set is now in the Saved Filters list for quick access.

Updating Your Filter Set

  1. Under Filters, click Saved Filters, select the filter you want to update.
  2. Make the changes you want, select the filter under Page Filters, and click Update.

Deleting Outdated Filters

  1. Under Filters, click Saved Filters and select the filter you want to delete.
  2. Select the filter under Page Filters and click the garbage can to delete it.
