If you have Review Generation enabled on your account, you can use the Messaging Editor to design review solicitations. When you create a campaign, select the review generation template to use with your campaign and supply review generation details.

1.  Login to your Chatmeter account in LocationHQ.
2. Go to Engagement and select the Review Generation tab. 
3. Select +Add Template to access the Messaging Editor  
4. • The Messaging Editor has several customization options available.
   • • Visibility - Toggle between “Shared” and “Private” visibility
     • Title - Define the internal title for the template
     • Logo - Upload or select and existing brand logo
     • Headline Text - Modify the text in line one of the template
     • Subheading - Modify the text in line two of the template
     • Section Text - Modify the text that appears above the links to providers
     • Providers - Select which 3rd party providers appear
     • Line 1 - Modify the text that appears in line one of the footer
     • Line 2 - Modify the text that appears in line two of the footer
5. Click the Save button after adding content to your review generation template. You'll be returned to the Review Generation page. To edit the review generation template after you've saved it, find it and select the Edit icon.
