Imagine a vibrant, multicolored sunburst. Each ray and ring is a story told by your customers. This is our interactive Sunburst chart, the centerpiece of the Explorer tab. It's a dynamic visual feast, representing categories, topics, attributes, and their overall sentiments.

Categories at Your Fingertips

Start at the heart of the sunburst, where categories reside. Click on a category like 'shopping', and watch as the chart reveals a world of related topics and attributes. It's like a treasure hunt, where each discovery leads to new insights!

Zoom in to Details

Want to get closer? Click on areas like the 'store' topic. The Sunburst responds, zooming in to show you the finer details. By zooming into this area on the Sunburst, you immediately see associated topics like 'busy' or 'understaffed'.

Data Metrics and Distribution

Beyond the Sunburst, explore the Data Metrics for a detailed breakdown of data points, including average sentiment and mention frequency. Switch to the Distribution view to see a vivid display of sentiments - positive in green, neutral in yellow, and negative in red.
