On the Reviews page, you can use the Global Filter, accessible from the three-layer icon in the upper right, to filter reviews to find specific types.
The Page Filters offer a convenient way to search for specific providers. Instead of scrolling, you can start typing into the Global Filter to bring up a specific account, group, or location.
The Page Filters offer a range of options. You can filter for a specific time duration or create a custom time range. The Ratings filter allows you to select by star rating or whether the business has been recommended, giving you more control over your search.
Advanced Filters

When the Advanced Filters “With Responses” and “With Revisions” are selected, two additional data points will appear: Reviews with Star Rating Change and Change in Average Star Rating. This data helps benchmark the impact of responding to customer reviews on overall ratings.
Use the search box to type a keyword or phrase to find relevant reviews. If you've tagged reviews, you can search by tags using the Tags filter.
You can sort by Date Created, Date Updated, Provider, or Rating on the upper left of the Reviews page. You can also sort in ascending or descending order.
By default, the Reviews tab displays reviews sorted by the original review date, from newest to oldest. The review date refers to the date the review was initially posted on the provider site. To view only updated reviews and sort them by the updated date (from newest to oldest), follow these steps: First, open the Advanced Filter and select “With Revisions.” Then, in the sort dropdown at the top left of the page, choose “Date Updated” and set the sort order to descending.
