Task Reports

Task Reports, a feature of the Chatmeter Workflow, allow you to monitor and analyze tasks. This report gives you a comprehensive overview of tasks, including their status and completion over time.

Where to find Task Reports

The Task Report is under the Tasks tab, accessible by navigating to Reports (Dashboard) > Location Comparison.

Customizing your report

  • Global Filter—Choose locations, accounts, or groups to include in the report.
  • Page Filters:—Tailor the report by:
    • Duration—Default is the last 30 days, but you can choose a different period or set a custom range.
    • Task Types—Include Reviews, Listing updates, Social posts, or Custom tasks.
    • Priorities—Filter tasks by Low, Medium, or High priority. The default setting includes all priorities.
    • Providers and Assignees—Select specific listing providers and assignees to focus your report.

Understanding the report

The report highlights the number of assigned and completed tasks, average resolution time, and overdue tasks.

  • Use the Task Breakdown pie chart to view task distribution by type. Toggle categories on or off for a customized view.
  • The Tasks & LBV Score Comparison graph shows task and LBV score trends, providing insight into performance over time.
  • The Overall Summary of Tasks section provides detailed analytics, such as task approval and resolution times.

Focusing on users

Switch to the Users tab for a user-centric perspective, showcasing each team member's contribution and performance.

  • The Time Management pie chart and Team Productivity ranking provide insights into timely task completion and overall team efficiency.
  • Detailed task metrics for each user, including average approval and resolution times, offer a comprehensive view of individual performance.
