Key Features:

• Clients now have the ability to ask questions via Signals to their Review data, Social data, or a combination of the two
• Responses to questions asked to Signals are now more granular with specific highlights from the relevant data channel

Availability:

• This functionality is available to all clients who currently have access to Signals and Social data in their dashboard.
• • If a specific user does not have access to Social data, then the responses to questions asked to Signals will be based exclusively on Review data.
  • If a specific user does not have access to Review data, then the responses to questions asked to Signals will be based exclusively on Social data
