Surveys Provider Rename

• The Review Builder provider has officially been renamed to Surveys.
• This name change is visible only to users accessing the new survey offering.
• The change has been implemented across the entire dashboard.
• Previous responses from Review Builder are included under the new Surveys provider for users with access.
