Customize and create topics uniquely relevant to your business for more targeted analysis.

The Your Topics tab in Sentiment is your gateway to tailor-made business intelligence. Here, you can define and manage the specific categories and topics that resonate with your brand's unique needs. This powerful feature allows Sentiment to zoom in on the most relevant data from customer reviews, providing insights that are perfectly aligned with your business objectives.

To analyze customer feedback effectively, you can view existing categories and topics, add new categories, and easily edit them to align with evolving business trends.

Create and Tailor Custom Categories

A breeze to set up! Just click Create Category, and infuse your analytics with your personalized touch. Create categories that resonate with your business insights.

Before you get started, ensure your user role settings must include Edit Your Topics. For more details, see the User Role Settings help article.

1. Navigate to Pulse Ai > Sentiment and click Your Topics.
   Here, you'll either see an empty canvas or an organized list of your custom categories, complete with the number of topics, brief descriptions, and their current status.
2. Click Create Category and enter a unique name and an optional description (up to 200 characters).
   
3. Add topics by typing in unique names and pressing Enter. Ensure topic names are over three characters and exclusive to the category (not in more than one category).
4. Click Save to lock in your customizations.

Edit Categories and Topics

Need a change? Editing is just a few clicks away, with options to modify, add, or remove topics.

1. Navigate to Pulse Ai > Sentiment and click Your Topics.
   Here, you'll see a neatly organized list of your custom categories, complete with the number of topics, brief descriptions, and their current status.
   
2. Select a category, including all associated topics, to dive into its details.
   
3. Modify the category details, like the category name or description. You can also add or remove topics:
   
4. • Add – Type a single topic or a list of topics and press Enter.
   • Remove – hover over the topic and click the X.
5. Click Save to initiate your changes.
