Creating Reports on Reviews
You can evaluate the data that your customers offer through their reviews of your business locations, including measuring the impact of responding to reviews on customers' star ratings and comparing a location to local competitors.
You create reports from the Reviews page on LocationHQ by filtering to find the reviews you want to report on and downloading the review data to a CSV-formatted file.
- Login to your Chatmeter account in LocationHQ.
- Go to Reputation > Reviews to display the Reviews page.
- Use the Global Filter to find the reviews to find those you want to include in your CSV-formatted file. In this example, we filtered for Google 1-star and 5-star ratings.
- Select Download to download the CSV file.
Metrics on impact of review responses
When you respond to your customers' reviews, you will likely see the review ratings change from negative to positive. You can see this in the Reviews page.
- Login to your Chatmeter account in LocationHQ.
- Go to Reputation > Reviews to display the Reviews page.
- Select the Filters icon to display the Filters.
- In addition to any other filters you need, select Advanced Filters, select With Revisions and With Responses.
- The Reviews page now displays two additional metrics cards across the top, showing the following:
- The number of reviews in which the star rating changed
- The change in the average star rating (including the actual changed average and whether the change was positive or negative)
