The Competition snapshot pane compares you to your competitors across key review metrics (Review Rating, Number of Reviews, and Response Percentage). If your account has brand competitor management enabled you will see a comparison of the brands you have selected. If your account has local competitors enabled you will see a roll-up of how you compare to all of your local competitors. Clicking on the drill-in icon will bring you to the Reputation > Competitor report if the brand competitor feature is enabled within your account. Or the Reputation > Summary tab if your account is leveraging local competitors.
