"Survey Reporting View” User Permission

Chatmeter has introduced a new user permission for Surveys.

Key Features:

• When the “Survey Reporting View” user permission is enabled:
• • Users will not be able to see the following tabs under Surveys:
  • • Surveys
    • Emails
    • Widgets
  • Users will not be able to:
  • • Edit campaigns
    • Activate/deactivate campaigns
    • Edit contacts
    • Upload contacts

Availability:

• This functionality is available to all clients with access to Surveys

Pulse Ai: Signals can now analyze your review images.

• Pulse Ai: Signals can now analyze images included in reviews
• Asking a question to Signals will now return relevant review images in the response
