Revised navigation
We've changed how you access and manage Surveys within the Chatmeter dashboard. Surveys have been removed from the Reputation category and are now a standalone top-level navigation item. This update aims to provide a more direct and efficient way to navigate Surveys, making it easier for you to collect and analyze customer feedback.
With Surveys now positioned as a top-level navigation item, you can quickly access this feature directly from the main dashboard, reducing the number of clicks and time spent navigating through the platform.
