The Review Risk Profile snapshot pane reports on the number of reviews tagged with a risk over the last 3 months. This includes a trend arrow indicating whether or not a specific risk category has more, less, or the same number of risks as compared to the previous period. Selecting the drill-in icon will take you to the Risk Monitoring tool if it's enabled within your account.
