Veiwing Post Details
The Post Details page is where the magic happens—all tailored to the specific social media platform. Here's where you'll find everything from the business location, full text, and media to engagement metrics like comments, likes, and sentiment analysis.
- Navigate to the Feed page (Social > Feed), find the post you want to engage with, use filters as needed, and select it.
- Select the post to view its Post Details page.
In addition to the poster's name or username, the post's full text, and the media, the Post Details page has unique features per provider.

Responding to Comments
For Google, see the Reply to a Customer’s Google Post.
- Navigate to the Feed page (Social > Feed), find the post you want to engage with, use filters as needed, and select it.
- Find the response or comment you want to reply to in the activity stream.
By default, the Replies tab is open. If it isn’t, select it. - Click Reply to respond to them directly in the Type your reply field.
If multiple accounts are linked, select the account for the reply. - Press Enter to submit your response. It appears as the latest comment.
Adding Comments to Posts

- Navigate to the Feed page (Social > Feed), find the post you want to engage with, use filters as needed, and select it.
- At the bottom enter your comment in the Type your reply field.
- Optionally add an image from the Gallery or upload a new one.
- Click Submit to post your comment.

- Navigate to the Feed page (Social > Feed), find the post you want to engage with, use filters as needed, and select it.
- Select the post and find the response or comment you want to reply to in the activity stream.
By default, the Replies tab is open. If it isn’t, select it. - Enter your response in the Write a New Answer field.

Also, use this opportunity to address any concerns or questions your customers may have, fostering a sense of community and customer care. - Click Submit. It will appear beneath the comment you respond to in the conversation thread.
Your response appears as a reply to the selected post in the Feed activity stream.
