Viewing Social Metrics
What Awaits You in the Metrics Tab
The Metrics tab is your gateway to understanding:
- The Heart of Your Business: Track your total page followers, published posts, and Local Brand Visibility (LBV) score trends. Select your desired period and providers to get tailored insights.
- Engagement Insights: These metrics provide a clear picture of how your audience interacts with your posts.
Delve into the interactions with your content, including: - Total Impressions: How often your content was displayed.
- Total Engagements: Number of comments, likes, shares.
📣 Note: The Total Engagements on the Metrics tab might not match the sum on the Top Performing Posts tab. That's because Metrics tab focuses on engagements within a specific timeframe, regardless of when the post was created. - Engagement Rate: Number of engagements divided by the number of impressions.
- Google-Specific Insights: For those using Google as a listing provider, delve into the metrics showing incoming questions, answers, and unanswered queries. This is an invaluable tool for enhancing customer interaction and understanding audience needs.
