Risk Monitoring Notifications

Get notified instantly about reviews as they come in. Tailor your notifications to include any review, risk-related reviews, non-risky reviews, reviews in specific risk categories, or any combination of these criteria.

  • How to enable: Go to Settings > Notifications, select an existing Review Received notification or create a new one, and set your parameters, including risk-specific options.

  • Notification methods: Receive notifications via email, dashboard pop-ups, or both.
  • Supported events: These notifications are currently available for the Review Received event.

Survey Custom Field

This feature is exclusively for Survey users.

Adding custom data to your contacts enhances your data management and personalization capabilities.

  • Character limit: Up to 100 characters.
  • How to use: Accessible through the contact creator/editor UI, Chatmetre’s API, or the contact upload template.
  • View custom field values: These are available in the contact creator/editor UI, contact export, our BI Tool, and Query Builder.

Survey Contact Upload Changes

We’ve enhanced the contact upload functionality, making managing your contacts easier and more efficient.

  • New template format: Downloadable template available in .CSV, with Excel still supported.

  • Client Location ID support: Enhance your contact organization by associating them with specific client locations through the contact upload template.

Survey Location Selector Improvements

Our Location Selector for Surveys has received a significant upgrade. Survey recipients can now see more detailed information about each location, including:

  • Business Name
  • Street Address
  • Address Line 2
  • City
  • State

Note: Zip codes are not displayed.

Respond to Review Task Enhancements

Responding to customer feedback is now easier than ever with enhancements to our “Respond to Review” task for Surveys:

  • A new task gets generated when a customer responds to a business’s reply.
  • To activate, go to Settings > Tasks, and either select an existing task or create a new Respond to Review task. Then, enable the “Recreate task when business response is responded to” option under Review Updated.
