Competitive Intelligence includes two tabs:
- Overview
- Brand Comparison
Overview tab
The Overview tab provides insights into how your business and your competitors are performing within the industry, using AI-driven analysis of online reviews.
The Overview tab contains two distinct sections:
- Benchmark
- Regional Insights
Benchmark section
The Benchmark section presents the strengths and weaknesses of your business (highlighted with a black border) and those of your competitors based on online reviews.
Regional Insights section
The Regional Insights section displays a map highlighting geographic areas where your business is outperforming or underperforming, either compared to your own locations or to competitors within the same geographic area.
There are two distinct markers present on the map:
- Outperforming: Indicates a geographic area where your business performs better than your other locations or better than competitors in the same area.
- Underperforming: Indicates a geographic area where your business performs worse than your other locations or worse than competitors in the same area.
Clicking on a map marker provides detailed information about the specific insight for that geographic area.
Brand Comparison tab
The Brand Comparison tab allows you to conduct side-by-side analyses between your business and a competitor, or between two competitors.
The Brand Comparison tab contains two distinct sections:
- Signals in Competitive Intelligence
- Advantages and Disadvantages
