Managing Settings for the Chatmeter Local Brand Visibility Score

To manage the factors in the Chatmeter Local Brand Visibility (LBV) score, you can use LBV score settings to change the proportional weight given to each of the data sets that comprise the aggregate score based on their importance to your business objectives.

Accessing LBV score settings

1. Login to your Chatmeter account in LocationHQ.

2. Go to Settings (cog icon) > LBV Score.

NOTE
You can also access it from Reports > LBV Scores > Score Settings.

3. In the Settings panel, select the arrow next to the setting subsection to expand to show the components involved in the subsection’s aggregate score, in this case, Reviews.

TIP
You can expand Provider Settings to show the specific proportions set for each provider for which Chatmeter collects reviews.

Changing LBV score settings

1. Login to your Chatmeter account in LocationHQ.

2. Go to Settings (cog icon) > LBV Score.

You can also access it from Reports > LBV Scores > Score Settings.

3. Find the section needed on the Settings pane and change the proportions as desired. Note that you can see a visual representation of the changes in the LBV Score pane.

When you’re satisfied with your changes, select Save in the LBV Score pane.
If you want to return to the previous setting without saving, select Cancel, then confirm your decision by selecting Discard on the confirmation popup.

Creating LBV score templates

To create a set of LBV score settings, you can clone an existing set to edit it to serve your needs.

  1. Login to your Chatmeter account in LocationHQ.
  2. Go to Settings (cog icon) > LBV Score.
    NOTE
    You can also access it from Reports > LBV Scores > Score Settings.
  3. Select Clone from the More (...) drop-down.

  4. In the Clone Score Settings popup, in Select an Industry, select the industry for which you’re creating a set of scores. In the example, we’re setting scores for restaurants.

  5. In Select an Account, select the account(s) that you want to associate with the settings.
  6. In the third field, type the name you want for the score set.

  7. Select Clone Set to create your new set. You’ll get a popup notice that your set has been created.
  8. Review the settings. If you need to adjust any settings, make your changes, then select Save to update the page. You’ll receive another notice of the successful update.

You can delete a custom provider from your Chatmeter account by selecting the Trash icon
