Managing Business Locations Overview

Use Chatmeter location management tools to maintain the details about your business locations in your business listings and local competitors.

 

Listing Management must be enabled for your account to use the location management tools to control location data in your listings. Without Listing Management, you can use the tools to monitor location data. Location management tools:

  • Manage information about your business locations in LocationHQ, including adding a new location or updating locations and scheduling business hour changes. Some operations can be done in bulk.
  • Manage locations from Locations > Locations in the left navigation menu. Previously, this functionality was accessible through Settings.
  • Maintain information about your locations’ local competitors.

 

Locations and competitors can also be managed through Chatmeter APIs. API details are beyond the scope of this article. For information about using API calls for location management, get in touch with your Customer Success Manager or [email protected].
