Metric cards display stats for your and your local competitors based on the following:

• You vs Competitor
• • Displayed as either number or percent
  • Trends disply previous period percent change
• Overall Rating
• Number of Reviews
• Response Rate

These metrics will update as you change filters in the app. For example, if you've selected a specific group and time frame, the metrics will display information in regard to those filters.
