Service Area Business Reporting (SAB)

Enhancements in Dashboard Reporting

We have significantly improved the in-dashboard reporting for Service Area Businesses (SAB). Here are the key updates:

  • Address Handling for SABs: Previously, addresses for Service Area Businesses were displayed in the Chatmeter dashboard on various listing tabs. This led to clients encountering address mismatches or issues that Chatmeter could not correct, resulting in a less-than-optimal in-dashboard reporting experience.
  • Improved Address Display: Moving forward, when a location is marked as a Service Area Business, the address will be hidden and replaced with the words ‘Service area business’. This change aims to provide a clearer and more accurate representation of Service Area Businesses in the dashboard.
  • Location ID Addition: The Location ID has been added to these reports, providing users with an additional layer of identification and reference.

These enhancements are designed to improve the accuracy and user experience for clients managing Service Area Businesses within the Chatmeter dashboard.

AI Survey Responder

New Survey Response Capability

We are excited to announce that our AI Responder now supports surveys! This new functionality enables comprehensive analysis and response generation for various types of surveys. Key features include:

  • Support for All Survey Types: The AI Survey Responder can be used on all surveys, including:
    • Surveys with open-text feedback
    • Surveys with only quantitative questions
    • Surveys with negative, neutral, and positive responses
  • Comprehensive Analysis: The entire survey, including open feedback and quantitative questions, will be analyzed when generating a response. This ensures a thorough understanding of the survey data and provides more insightful responses.
  • Availability: This functionality is available to all clients with access to the AI Responder and Surveys.

This enhancement will allow for more dynamic and effective handling of survey responses, ensuring that all feedback is appropriately analyzed and addressed.
