Signals is your central hub for quickly uncovering insights about your customers. You can ask any question in natural language, browse your recent questions, or explore Pulse Ai-generated suggested questions designed to guide your analysis. You can access Signals from your Chatmeter dashboard by navigating to Pulse AI -> Signals. Each tab includes filtering options tailored to its data:
- Overview: Filter by account, group, location, and date range.
- Reviews: Filter by review provider and star rating, in addition to standard location filters.
- Social: Filter by social provider.
- Surveys: Filter by survey campaign.
