Use Survey Creator to Design Customized Review Builder Surveys
If you want a survey with more than one question and you’ve had Review Builder Surveys functionality enabled on your account, you can use our new Survey Creator, an editor used to design a customized survey.
Review Builder is available to customers with the Reputation Premium Package. If you’d like Survey Creator enabled on your account, get in touch with your Customer Success Manager or [email protected].
Survey Creator question types range from simple NPS-style or rating scale questions to complex question sets involving multiple response selections, images, or dynamic panels or matrices. You can also customize your thank you page and include provider links to encourage customer feedback on the provider listing.

AI Review Response in Multiple Languages
The AI review response generator can now suggest a response in the original language of the review. When the reviewer leaves a response in, for example, French, AI Review Response suggests a response in French. Even if the review is translated by Google into English and the dashboard displays the translation, the AI generator still suggests a response in the original language.
