By leveraging the Reviews section of the Reports Dashboard, you have the tools at your fingertips to not only track your performance but also to see how you compare in the eyes of your customers. This guide simplifies the process, from accessing and filtering your review data to downloading the insights for deeper analysis, ensuring you can make informed decisions to enhance your business strategy.
Choosing what to report
Use the Global Filter in the Reviews tab to pick the specific location, account, or group you want to analyze.
Within Page Filters, you can refine your search by:
- Selecting the review providers you're interested in.
- Choosing the time frame for the review data, with the last three months as the default setting.
- Deciding if you want to compare the current data with the previous period. This comparison will highlight any percentage increase (in green) or decrease (in red).
- Opting whether to view information by locations or groups.
Reviewing the report
Once filters are set, the Reviews report will display with several columns:
- Rating: Shows the average rating from 1 to 5.
- Review Count: The total number of reviews.
- Responded: Indicates if a response has been made to the review.
- Review Type: Classifies reviews as negative (red), positive (green), or neutral.
Your location’s data will appear on the left, with the competitors’ average on the right. If you’ve chosen to compare with the previous period, any changes will be shown as a percentage next to the current period's data.
